About Outset
Outset first appears in the game data with patch 10.19 (September 2020), during Set 4: Fates. This Arena has only ever been available through a pass or a limited event, rather than the regular store. All TFT cosmetics are purely visual and do not affect gameplay or provide competitive advantages.
