Save any cosmetic to your favorites and it shows up here, so you can keep a shortlist of what you want before the next sale. Favorites are stored in this browser only — there is no account and nothing is sent anywhere, which also means they don't follow you to another device.

There are 1,359 cosmetics in TFT right now. 895 of them can be bought outright for a total of 876,600 RP. The other 464 come from passes, events or the Mythic Medallion shop, so a complete collection isn't something money alone can finish.
