About Heart of the Cards
Heart of the Cards first appears in the game data with patch 26.02 (January 2026), during Set 16: Lore & Legends. Portals are picked up with Mythic Medallions in the rotating shop rather than bought with RP. All TFT cosmetics are purely visual and do not affect gameplay or provide competitive advantages.
